Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to VignoSaaS Booking plans purchased from VignoSaaS, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

1. Setup fee (₹999)

The setup fee covers configuring your clinic, doctors, timings and booking page. It is non-refundable once setup work has started.

2. Monthly plan (₹500 / month)

• You can cancel at any time.
• Your service continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
• We do not give partial refunds for unused days.

3. Annual plan (₹5,000 / year)

• Full refund of the annual fee if you cancel within 7 days of payment and your booking page has not gone live.
• After that, the annual fee is non-refundable, and your service continues until the end of the paid year.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice or charged for a failed payment, we refund the extra amount in full.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

Email ask@vignosaas.in or WhatsApp +91 73972 36621 with your clinic name and payment details.

6. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.

7. Service delivery

VignoSaaS Booking is a digital service; nothing is shipped physically. Your booking page and dashboard are activated within 2 business days of payment, once we have your clinic details. Login details are shared by email or WhatsApp.
