Terms of Service

These terms apply to clinics that use VignoSaaS Booking ("the Service"), provided by VignoSaaS, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

VignoSaaS Booking gives your clinic an online booking page and a dashboard, and sends WhatsApp booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices and doctor alerts. VignoSaaS is a booking tool only. We do not provide medical services or advice, and the clinic is solely responsible for the care it provides.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Keep your clinic details, doctors and timings accurate.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your responsibilities toward patients

• Use patient information only to manage their appointments.
• Do not use the Service to send promotional or marketing messages.
• Handle patient requests (changes, cancellations, data requests) in a timely way.

4. WhatsApp messaging

Messages are sent from the VignoSaaS Booking number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta's policies. We do our best to deliver every message, but delivery depends on Meta, mobile networks and the patient's phone, so it cannot be guaranteed.

5. Plans and payment

• Setup fee: ₹999, paid once with your first plan.
• Monthly plan: ₹500 per month, including 1,500 WhatsApp messages per month.
• Annual plan: ₹5,000 per year, with the same monthly message allowance.
• Payments are made in advance through payment links (Razorpay).
• If your clinic regularly sends more messages than its plan includes, we will contact you to agree on a suitable plan. We will not stop patient messages without talking to you first.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Suspension

We may suspend the Service if payment is overdue, or if the Service is misused (for example, spam, unlawful content, or attempts to access other clinics' data). Where possible, we will contact you before suspending.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Your data

Your clinic's data belongs to your clinic. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You may ask us for a copy of your appointment data before closing your account.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VignoSaaS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed appointments or lost revenue caused by undelivered messages or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end the Service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious misuse.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any disputes.
